Defibrillators

There are public defibrillators (Automated External Defibrillator) in the following locations:

  • The phone box on Hautboy Lane, near the village shop Postcode PE8 6TQ what3words: motivations.cubs.routs
  • At the recreation ground off Peterborough Road/DexterWay/Buntings Lane, on the cabin facing the football pitch. PC and w3w: ///scornful.snipe.twitching

Although defibrillators are specially designed for people with no medical background, you must call 999 before attempting to use them. When used, voice commands and screen messages will guide the user step-by-step through the process and will only allow defibrillators to shock a ‘shockable’ heart rhythm.
